We're Updating Our Privacy Policy

At Glassdoor, we are committed to providing our users with the best experience to find jobs and companies they love, and to helping employers recruit ideal candidates. As we continue to expand our offerings and grow our global footprint, we are updating our Privacy and Cookie Policy to make it unified across our domains and even more transparent and easy to understand. Here's a brief overview of the key changes: We previously had separate policies for North America and our international sites. We have consolidated these into one global Privacy Policy for all Glassdoor domains. We updated the Privacy Policy to comply with the new requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect on May 25, 2018. We are rolling out a new Cookie Consent Tool to make it easier for you to manage and control the use of cookies our partners use to collect information to better tailor advertising to your interests, both on Glassdoor and beyond. We've added more detail about some of the features we offer and how they make use of the information we collect. We restructured some sections to make them more concise. Our new Privacy and Cookie Policy becomes effective on May 30, 2018, provided that the enhanced data protection rights in the Policy required by the GDPR become effective on May 25, 2018 for all EU-resident users who are natural persons. If you object to the Policy after the effective date, you may choose to close your account.
