Now, we're pleased to share that we've released new lessons that will take your C++ skills even further: Vectors and Functions. These are two important C++ mechanisms that will drastically improve the organization and modularity of your programs.

Go from zero experience to being able to write advanced C++ programs—with the help of fun, interactive examples along the way. We've even included a Hangman-style game that the Codecademy Engineering team has used in interviews. Can you solve it?

We're running a C++ Community Challenge through the end of the month: team up with a fellow Codecademy learner to build a project based on lessons from our C++ course.
You'll have the chance to collaborate just like in the workplace, build a fun project for the world to see, and win prizes. Here's how it works:
- Find a buddy in the Codecademy Pro Slack Community.
- Build a project together.
- Win prizes (Codecademy Hoodies & Arduinos)!

Follow along today at 1:30pm EST with the creators of our C++ course, Mariel and Sonny, as they get started on their own C++ Community Challenge project. Together they will scope and pair program a NYC MetroCard Calculator app.
